Under the program, AAA customers can get free Lyft rides to and from select AAA Car Care Centers, regardless of whether they have the Lyft app or a smartphone. It’s done through Lyft’s Concierge program and is currently operating in Maryland and certain cities in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia. AAA had previously offered customers at its approved and affiliated repair shops complimentary shuttle rides to their destinations. AAA says the program is in response to demand from members for access to quick, hassle-free transportation.
